When Justin Bieber got his first tattoo at the age of 16, it was all over the press. Young Biebs had got the same outline of a bird tattooed on his hip as his father, Jeremy.
But nothing was said about the One Time stars second tattoo which we noticed when he went topless on the beach in Hawaii this week.
Justin is currently on holiday with his girlfriend Selena Gomez and we spied a second inking just under his left armpit.
