Selena Gomez's new hit single, 'Who Says,' is an anthem meant to amp up your self-esteem, and what could make a teen girl feel better about herself than getting a rave from one of your idols? That's what happened to Selena at an Oscar party last month when she ran into Reese Witherspoon.
"I about had a heart attack, she's amazing," she told me. "So I walked up to her and was a total goober and I was like, 'Can I have a picture with you?' And she was like" -- in a spot on Reese impression -- "'Of course! Oh my goodness, If your song 'Naturally,' if I hear that one more time ... My daughter loves it!'"

Justin Bieber In Talks To Co-Star In Ashton Kutcher Buddy Flick
Justin Bieber has already notched the third-highest-grossing documentary of all time with "Never Say Never," but now the teen titan is looking at branching out into scripted moves as well.
After his well-received turns on "CSI," the Los Angeles Times reports that Bieber is close to signing on to take the lead role in the buddy comedy "What Would Kenny Do?" opposite Ashton Kutcher. An anonymous source who was briefed on the project told the paper that the film delves into the relationship between a 17-year-old and his 30-something self, with the latter to be played by Kutcher, 33.
The movie, to be produced by Kutcher's Katalyst Entertainment and Will Smith's Overbrook Entertainment, will probably not get moving until next year because Bieber has touring commitments booked through 2012. Though the initial report said Bieber was "eyeing" the movie, an update posted late Wednesday clarified that the project has been under development for months "with Bieber both in mind and on board."
It wouldn't be the first time the dynamic duo has tried to hook up, coming on the heels of a reported meeting in January in which Kutcher discussed Bieber hosting a rebooted version of "Punk'd."
The "Kenny" script was originally described as an R-rated comedy about "a teenager who meets a hologram claiming to be the adult version of himself; the hologram then helps guide the teen through high school." It got a more PG-13 revision from "(500) Days of Summer" writers Scott Neustadter and Michael Weber, who had Kutcher's successful character going back in time to help the awkward present-day Bieber.

New pop feud: Miley Cyrus vs. Rebecca Black.
"It should be harder to be an artist," Cyrus told the Kyle and Jackie O radio show in an interview about her June concert tour stop in Australia when asked about young YouTube sensation Black, 13. "You shouldn't just be able to put a song on YouTube and go out on tour."
Black's original Friday song video is approaching 70 million views. And her new acoustic version of the song has more than 1 million.

Taylor Swift Sells 20 Million Albums
Taylor Swift ended her European tour on a high note on Wednesday as she was presented with an honor commemorating 20 million worldwide album sales.
The country singer accepted the plaque backstage at the O2 Arena in London before the sold-out final concert on the European leg of her Speak Now World Tour.
Swift, who has released three albums in her career, was delighted with the achievement and thanked her fans for helping her reach the milestone.
She tells the Associated Press, "It’s just sort of beyond my comprehension to get a plaque like that, and the fact the fans have done that much for me in such a short period of time is unreal, and I’m so excited and so thankful.
“I couldn’t think of a more perfect way to end this European run. I’ve gotten to experience just parts of the world I never thought I’d get to see, nonetheless play shows in and have the crowds singing the words back to me.”

Joe Jonas keeps it cool on the red carpet as he attends the premiere of Soul Surfer held at the Arclight Cinema Dome in Hollywood on Wednesday night (March 30).
After the premiere, the 21-year-old actor/musician headed on over to the 2011 Victoria’s Secret SWIM Collection Pink Carpet Event hosted by VS Angels at Club L in Los Angeles.
Joe is super-excited to release his debut solo album. He tweeted earlier this week, “Just thinking of all the blessings in my life. And Looking forward to The rest of the year. It’s gonna be a roller coaster.”

Living out a relationship in the spotlight is never easy.But Ashley Green might be cringing this morning after an interview in which she labelled her now ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas a 'superstud' hit newsstands.
The Twilight actress gushed about the pop star in the latest issue of U.S. Glamour, published a few weeks after the couple ended their relationship.
In an embarrassing coincidence Greene's interview is published a few days after Jonas praised her in Details magazine. He said the actress puts 'my feelings first.'
Asked about her 'super-foxy boyfriend' the 24-year-old corrects the reporter by saying: 'Superstud.'
Greene had been dating the Jonas Brothers singer since last summer but they broke up earlier this month.

Taylor Swift Celebrates 20 Million Sales In London
Taylor Swift ended her European tour on a celebratory note.Not only did she perform in front of thousands of fans, she got an honour for reaching the 20 million mark in worldwide album sales.
A giddy Swift was given a plaque commemorating the milestone before her concert on Wednesday night. Swift gushed that it was "unreal."
The 21-year-old Grammy-winner released her latest multiplatinum effort, Speak Now, last autumn. It is just the third album of her young career.
She wrapped up her European tour with her London concert and is due to start her North American tour in Omaha, Nebraska, on May 27.
Swift said she made the most of her time off in Europe sight-seeing and shopping - and she is wondering how she will get all of her trinkets home.

This is fascinating! On March 29, 2011 Justin Bieber’s hair was on display at Lucky Strike Lanes and Lounge in Miami, Florida and the hair needed not one, but two bodyguards to keep watch over it! While the hair was on display, fans could make a donation toward the Japan Tsunami Relief efforts and would then be awarded the opportunity to have their picture taken with the hair.

Last night saw Justin Bieber perform at the Bercy in Paris, one of the European dates of his My World, world tour.
However, Europe being Europe, JB was greeted with rain and just like the Wicked Witch of the West, Justin looked as though he might melt.
The One Time star was photographed running to get undercover in France's capital city and didn't look too happy about the wet weather.
Perhaps he was worried about his new haircut getting wet?! We're pretty sure JB doesn't have this problem in the US!

There are few things Hollywood Crush enjoys more than curling up with a juicy celebrity profile from one of our fave mags. Because while most stars are loathe to reveal details of their romantic entanglements during your average, run-of-the-mill interview, a splashy cover story is the perfect, high-profile opportunity to gush about Mr. or Miss Dreamboat. Or is it? If a few recent interviews are any indication, keeping mum might be a better M.O.
With their long lead times, magazine features run the risk of being not-so current by the time they hit newsstands, especially in La La Land where celebrities swap love interests faster than designer handbags. No one probably knows this better than Ashley Greene and Joe Jonas.
Just today, a Glamour interview with Ashley debuted in which she called then-BF Joe a "Superstud." Awkward since they've been broken up for a few weeks now. Joe also opened up this month about Ashley to Details in an interview released a day before rumors of their split surfaced. "It feels good. I think what works about it is she really puts my feelings first," he told the magazine about the "Twilight" star.
Perhaps Joe should have known better seeing as something very similar happened to him LESS THAN A YEAR AGO. The JoBro and his previous girlfriend Demi Lovato posed for an adorable Teen Vogue spread a mere 48 hours before they parted ways. When the August issue finally hit newsstands, the pair had been split for more than a month. In a follow-up interview, Joe mused about the unfortunate circumstances.
"It could have been better timing," he admitted to Teen Vogue. "But there's never really a good time for something like that."
Joe can take comfort knowing he's not the only celeb to gush about a special someone only to have his words come back to haunt him. In a 2009 interview with Glamour, Jessica Simpson sounded near prophetic when she told the magazine, "If this article comes out and we’re not together, I’d still love [Tony], and he’d still be a huge part of who I am today." Indeed, the duo broke up about a month before the issue debuted.
And then there's the infamous InStyle Weddings curse. Before the magazine folded in 2009, more than a few brides, including—most memorably—Courtney Thorne-Smith, appeared as blushing brides on the cover, only to have filed for divorce by the time the issue debuted. Talk about Wedding Bell Blues.

Although Selena Gomez has been busy with her album A Year Without Rain, Gomez recently used her celebrity to help those in need in a commercial for the UNICEF Tap Project.
The new ad for the UNICEF Tap Project features Selena Gomez as she explains how donating to the project can give an underprivileged child safe, clean drinking water for forty days.
Interestingly, in exchange for a donation, one lucky fan will win a bottle of tap water from the home of Selena Gomez.

Miley Cyrus & Billy Ray Reunite for Family Outing
A happy clan once again?
After a difficult few months, the Cyrus family – dad Billy Ray, mom Tish and sisters Miley and Noah – were photographed all together on Sunday after grabbing coffee in Toluca Lake, Calif.
It's the first time Miley and Billy Ray have been seen publicly together since their rift in mid-February.
That's when Billy Ray spoke out to GQ about how he feared that fame was leading Miley down the wrong track – comments that reportedly hurt and angered his pop-superstar daughter.
In the weeks since then, Billy Ray has been backtracking and trying to make amends with Miley. Within a week after the GQ quotes went public, he told PEOPLE the comments were "explosive, and unintentionally so," and said he was trying to "mend my family."
Then, earlier this month, he announced that he was calling off his divorce from Tish, who then herself proclaimed the family ""stronger than we have ever been."
Just last week, Billy Ray essentially retracted his GQ comments in an interview on Good Morning America, saying he "wouldn't change anything" about Miley's upbringing or her rise to fame.
"Miley has a great heart," he said. "She's very intelligent. She will make good choices and she knows right from wrong."
As for Miley, a source recently told PEOPLE: "[She] seems happier and more relaxed in the past few days."

Justin Bieber Planning To Hit Gym In Order To Bulk Up
Justin Bieber is reportedly planning to hit the gym hard in an attempt to bulk up his body and impress the ladies.
The 'Baby' star has a typical 17 year old physique but is said to want a more muscular look and was inspired by a recent sparring session with UK boxing champion David Haye.
A source told The Sun about Bieber's plan to get ripped, saying: "Justin knows girls like toned men and he wants that look.
"He's going to be putting in the hours down the gym to achieve the perfect abs. By the end of the training he'll look like a man rather than a scrawny teenager."

Bieber fever is hoping to do some good.
Pieces of hair cut from the pop singer's famous mane are now on display in Miami to raise money for relief efforts in Japan.
TMZ reports bodyguards are protecting a glass case at the lucky strikes bowling lanes that contain the teen sensation's locks.
Bieber fans can take pictures with the hair if they make a donation.
No need to fear if you’re not in Miami - the hair will be touring the country.

Swift, Brooks, & McEntire Lands Special Country Honors
Taylor Swift, Reba McEntire and Garth Brooks have learned they’re already winners of Academy of Country Music honors five days before the organization’s big awards show in Las Vegas.
The trio join Larry Gatlin & the Gatlin Brothers as those who will be honored with special awards from the Academy.
McEntire will receive a Career Achievement Award, while Swift is the recipient of the 2011 Jim Reeves International Award for her contributions to the acceptance of country music throughout the world.
Brooks and the Gatlins will receive the Cliffie Stone Pioneer Award.
Additionally, Tom T. Hall and the late Hank Cochran are this year’s recipients of the Poet’s Award in recognition of their achievements as songwriters, and artist manager John Dorris has been tapped for the Mae Boren Axton Award in recognition of his years of service to the ACM.
Even Gwyneth Paltrow’s Country Strong movie has landed an accolade – the cast has been honored with the Tex Ritter Award, which is given to films which prominently feature country music
The special honors, announced today, will not be handed at during the ACM Awards show on Sunday. The trophies and many industry awards will be presented at the ACM Honors gala, which will take place later this year in Nashville, Tennessee.

The 18-year-old actress explains to the mag that after Wizards of Waverly Place ends, she will be starting over.

Joe Jonas Comes Back to Urth
Joe Jonas keeps it cool in an Adidas hoodie as he grabs some lunch at Urth Caffe in West Hollywood on Tuesday afternoon (March 29).
Claude Kelly, whom Joe has been working on his solo album with, recently chatted with AOL about the project.
He shared, “We did two up-tempo records, and my goal with him was to push him vocally and show the world that there’s a voice there that they never heard before. Because you know when you’re in a group, there isn’t much a distinction because there’s two other guys — his brothers — that were part of Jonas Brothers. So I really wanted to make some kind of thing where people would say, ‘Holy s—, he could really sing.’”

MILEY Cyrus refuses to be a lip-synching glorified dancer.
The controversial teen pop star promises a mime-free zone full of surprises not seen on YouTube when she tours Australia for the first time in June.
No circus tricks, a few costume changes and a setlist influenced by shout-outs from the crowd - for a ticket price less than $100 - will be the key ingredients of her Gypsy Heart shows.
"I don't lip-sync. I would rather someone say I sang like crap than have people see me lip-sync," she said ahead of her June 26 Acer Arena show.
Catapulted to fame off the back of Disney's Hannah Montana, Cyrus slammed the overnight success of YouTube phenomenons such as Rebecca Black.

Is Justin Bieber Getting Sued?
Teen superstar Justin Bieber may have found himself in hot water over his track One Less Lonely Girl.
The 17-year-old is allegedly facing a song royalties lawsuit filed by artist managers Vance Tate and Thomas Oliveria who are known as A-Rex.
The pair allegedly claim that the track which featured on Justin's debut album was originally created by them for R&B singer Noel Gourdin in 2009.
However, the track appeared on JB's album and was credited as a collaboration between Usher, Shin, Hamilton and two others.
A-Rex are claiming that they are owed 10% of the songs publishing royalties, which they estimate to be in the region of around $200,000.
MTV News reports that the pair are also seeking damages for breach of contract, fraud, conversion, and copyright infringement.

Taylor Swift to Launch Perfume Line This Fall
Hot on the heels of her new Cover Girl campaign, Taylor Swift is also preparing for another cosmetic undertaking in the form of her own perfume, which will launch this fall. Swift is the latest country artist to enter the celebrity scent sweepstakes, as Faith Hill and Shania Twain have created their own hugely successful perfumes. Swift is working closely with the team at luxury cosmetics company Elizabeth Arden in all aspects of the fragrance, from the notes to the packaging, so that you, too, can smell as sweet as Swift.
The singer (and now, perfumer!) has been experimenting with her favorite smells and is combining them for her signature scent, ensuring that it will be wholly unique.
When the fragrance was announced at the end of 2010, Swift acknowledged how intimately scent is tied to memory, saying, “I have always loved how fragrance can shape a memory the way certain scents remind you of events and people that are imprinted in your thoughts.” Fans can sign up for updates about the scent here.
Swift is becoming the consummate entrepreneur at the tender age of 21. She also just announced her spring collection of greeting cards for American Greetings.
