Canadian blogger Zack Taylor "Judas" posted a photo of Justin Bieber kissing a female fan in Toronto.
"Justin and my friend Michelle kissed behind the Four Seasons Hotel downtown a few months ago while he was in town for a concert. I didn't feel right about releasing it before, but now its fine 'cause its been a while", the girl who sent the photo to Zack Taylor said.
Apparently the photo was taken a few months ago. Presumably when he wasn't dating Selena Gomez.
