Comedian and talk show host Chelsea Handler, who will be hosting this year's MTV Video Music Awards, has speculated that she would like to reunite Taylor Swift and Kanye West at the upcoming ceremony.
During an appearance on Ryan Seacrest's radio show on Thursday, Handler explained why she would like to see the two together again.
"I'd like to get them together. We've never really seen them together since then," she said, referencing last year's VMAs. "They were supposed to be together on SNL, but then that didn't end up happening."
Handler added: "We'll try to think of something clever to do with them, because that would be really fun."
West famously interrupted Swift's VMA acceptance speech last year by storming the stage and taking the microphone away from her to note that the award should have been given to Beyoncé.
This year's MTV VMAs will air live on September 12.
