Selena Gomez is being considered to play Snow White in a retelling of the classic fairytale.
The Wizards of Waverly Place star has been called to audition next month say reports, where she's believed to have tough competition from Leighton Meester, Kristen Stewart and Miranda Cosgrove.
It's previously been claimed that producers were holding out for Twilight star Stewart to play the lead in the movie - but Selena is said to be equally sought after for the role if Kristen turns it down.
Snow White and The Huntsman will begin filming later this year, with a scheduled release through Universal Pictures for 2012.
Actress Charlize Theron has already been confirmed to play the Evil Queen.
