Miley Cyrus Labelled 'Lip-Synching Child' By My Chemical Romance

My Chemical Romance singer Gerard Way has called Miley Cyrus a 'lip-synching child', seemingly still angry that the teen star beat his band to Number One a few years ago.

Quizzed about his bands new album 'Danger Days' being kept off the top spot by Kanye West, Way told The Hollywood Reporter that: "I think it's almost in the cards for us to be number 2.

We've never been number 1. We got our ass kicked by Miley Cyrus last time, back when nobody knew who she was."

Adding, "I felt like we’d worked towards it and it felt like it was in the cards. We expected it--like, who can beat us? A lip syncing child, that’s who."

Way also found time to lay into everybody's favourite American/ Italian stereotypes, the cast of Jersey Shore. Speaking about Snooki et al, he said: I realized all they do is fight each other--not even other people anymore, I guess because they're all famous now and might get sued.

Towards the end, the show started to get foul. The Situation got real weird with these sad, really gross characteristics, so I fell out almost as easily as I fell in.

The 16-year-old musician admitted that his hair is main draw to his style.

Justin shared, “I think the girls like my hair, so I’m going to let it stick around for a while. I really don’t think anyone’s ever done this kind of thing with their hair: I just wake up, blow-dry it, and just shake it. And continue to shake it throughout the day.”

 Justin Bieber ditched his signature purple hoodie and shoes in favor of a silver leather jacket and kicks while he was given a gold record in Spain for his album My World. The Bieb is currently on a promotional tour of Europe, and is certainly doing big things!

He also signed copies of his new album in Madrid yesterday, and attracted tons of fans! He tweeted: "long day in ESPANA but worth it!! Had a lot of fun and the fans here are INCREDIBLE!! 10,000 people at the signing!! FLOODED THE STREETS!"

Now he's in Paris for more signing and girls! He teased his fans by tweeting: "anyone care to join me for dinner tonight in Paris...maybe a romantic candlelit dinner under the Eiffel Tower just for 2? anyone? ;)" We're sure he'd have a few zillion takers!

As the appearance of his visage on a wall in a Brazilian favela proved, Justin Bieber is indeed an international superstar. He has come a long way from his small town in Canada, and the 16-year-old singer is such a jet-setter that it sometimes must be confusing for him to know what time it is. He keeps up an incredible pace, which is an amazing feat considering his age. No matter where he goes in the world, he is always greeted by excited fans. On Monday (November 29), Bieber found himself in Madrid, Spain, signing copies of his just-released album My Worlds Acoustic for thrilled followers at a store called El Corte Ingles. He'll be headed back to Los Angeles for the "Grammy Nominations Concert Live!" show, which airs live on CBS on Wednesday (December 1). He'll share the stage with fellow performers Katy Perry, B.o.B, Bruno Mars and host LL Cool J.

Bieber wasn't the only star circling the globe, as Madonna held a party to celebrate the opening of the first of her Hard Candy Fitness Global Gyms in Mexico City and "Dancing With the Stars" champion Jennifer Grey and runner-up Kyle Massey came to New York to celebrate the release of "Epic Mickey" for the Nintendo Wii

Taylor Swift Christmas Card Collection Rolls Out

Have yourself a merry little Swiftmas. That could be the American Greetings Corporation's slogan as it rolls out 10 new holiday cards and an "heirloom" tree ornament branded by Taylor Swift.

A press release from the company says the cards "feature joyous winter scenes, delicious holiday cookies and, of course, snow-covered Christmas trees." Each box of 10 cards is marked by Swift's "heart hand" image (in which two hands form a heart) and includes a pair of red gloves.

The ornament is adorned with a scene from Swift's "Love Story" music video. In addition to the U.S., the products will be on sale at stores in Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and U.S. military bases worldwide.

Miley Cyrus Begs Parents not to Divorce

Cyrus has begged her dad not divorce her mom.

The Hannah Montana actress, 18, is trying to get Billy Ray to take back wife Tish after he filed for divorce earlier this month.

But Billy set his daughter straight, and insisted the couple’s marriage is dead in the water.

“You’ve got to stop trying to get us back together. Our marriage isn’t fixable — we are getting divorced,” Billy told his superstar daughter.

“You’ve always taught me that you have to work hard for the things you want in life…so why aren’t you willing to work harder to keep our family together?” Miley responded before bursting into uncontrollable tears, according to American tabloid the National Enquirer.

Recent reports claimed Cyrus has been “acting out” since her parents announced they’re getting divorced.

“Miley’s spinning out of control,” a worried pal told American tabloid the National Enquirer. “She carries a lot of guilt — most of Billy Ray and Tish’s arguments were over her career.

“She’s acting out in the worst possible way.

“This is a girl searching for herself.”

Other reports have claimed Miley’s career tore her family apart.

“The fight over Miley is what tore Tish and Billy Ray apart. They can’t agree on how to raise her, and it’s wrecked their marriage,” an insider said.

“Billy Ray thinks Miley is becoming a spoiled-brat monster – and he thinks it’s ALL Tish’s fault.

“They’ve had screaming matches for years.

“Billy Ray doesn’t like that he was eclipsed by his daughter’s stardom.

“He used to be the biggest star in country music and he wants his old life back.”

Selena Gomez, Stevie Wonder To Appear At Grammy Nominations Concert

LL Cool J will be getting a little help from his friends at the "Grammy Nominations Concert Live" on Wednesday night. CBS has announced that Stevie Wonder and Selena Gomez will be on hand to announce the nominees for the big awards show in 2011.

"Selena Gomez & Stevie Wonder headline the presenters for the GRAMMY NOMINATIONS CONCERT LIVE! hosted by LL COOL J on Dec. 1 at 10PM on CBS," the network tweeted on Monday.

The event also will feature performances by a variety of big-name acts, including Justin Bieber, B.o.B, Bruno Mars, Katy Perry and Miranda Lambert, during the one-hour show that will go down at Club Nokia in Los Angeles. The 53rd Annual Grammy Awards themselves will air live on CBS from the Staples Center in Los Angeles on February 13.

The concert special will cap off a very busy year for the performers, especially Bieber and Perry, who recently received platinum certifications for their 2010 album releases. Perry picked up a double-platinum honor for her feel-good single "Teenage Dream," the title track off her most recent album.

Bieber earned his first-ever multiplatinum award, as the artists-rights organization RIAA certified sales of his My World 2.0 album at more than 2 million copies. "Baby," his team-up with Ludacris, also was certified double platinum. Just last Friday, Bieber released a new album, My Worlds Acoustic, to much fanfare. The collection not only features acoustic versions of hits like "Baby," but also a brand-new track — the inspirational, "Pray."

The 16-year-old musician chatted with host Ernie D about his new tune, “Pray,” which he will also be performing at the 2010 American Music Awards next week.

Justin shared, “‘Pray’ is one of my favorite songs I’ve ever recorded. It’s very motivational and really inspiring. It definitely is able to touch people…There’s so many songs about love, and it’s just great that I’m basically able to step out of that. I thought of Michael Jackson’s ‘Man in the Mirror’ when I was writing this.”

Justin also added about his new album: “It’s more personal with the fans…It makes the fans want to be there.”

Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal Share Coffee – Again

Baristas, be on the lookout: Jake Gyllenhaal and Taylor Swift may soon be ordering maple lattes at your shop.

The revved-up duo have been spending more time in coffee houses recently than the cast of Friends, getting their caffeine as they conduct their own little java tour.

They're showing no signs of slowing down, with the latest sighting on Tuesday when they stopped into the Frothy Monkey in Nashville around 10 a.m., their second trip to the shop – they were there on Sunday, also.

"Apparently Jake likes a cappuccino with maple syrup," says a source who saw him order the drink. "Frothy has the real deal in the maple syrup department."

On Monday, Swift, 20 and Gyllenhaal, 29 – who so far have been said to tip well – sampled cups of Joe at another Nashville shop called Crema.

On Saturday, the pair ducked into Fido, a coffeehouse and café near Vanderbilt University and Music Row.

Even the Thanksgiving holiday didn't dampen their need for a fix. There were more maple lattes on the menu at Gorilla Coffee in Brooklyn, N.Y., when the two stars popped in for specialty maple lattes made with pure Vermont syrup.

Then there was that fun-packed weekend in New York in October, when they brunched with another couple at Al Di La in Brooklyn and, says an onlooker, looked "friendly." It's probably a safe bet to say they both ordered … coffee

We all know that Joe Jonas loves to cook, so it’s only fitting that he will soon be guest starring on “Top Chef.”

Joe will be guest starring on the episode called “Night at the Museum” on December 8. In the episode, Joe enlists the gourmets to prepare a snack for children who are having a sleepover at New York’s American Museum of Natural History.

Not many of our readers were excited about the news of Justin Bieber’s new fragrance line.

The 16-year-old musician opened up to People mag about the scent, sharing, “Most male celebrities do male colognes for other males. I think that me making a female fragrance is just a different idea and I think it’s going to be successful. I’m just really, really excited about it. It’s going to be really big.”

Justin, who teamed on the scent with Give Back Brands, a lifestyle products company committed to donating its proceeds to charity, added, “It’s for my female fans, and I want to create something that will have the girls go crazy.”

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are totally styling. At least according to the readers of InStyle magazine.
The Twilight co-stars and real-life lovebirds have landed the top slot in a new poll of Most Stylish Couples conducted by the fashion magazine (via Starpulse), beating out such formidable competition as Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher, and Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens.
According to InStyle's editors, Pattinson won kudos for his "public-school boy style," while Stewart's "laidback American approach to fashion" put her over the top.

Justin Bieber Fist Pumps with Ellen DeGeneres

Justin Bieber throws his fist in the air while showing Ellen DeGeneres some dance moves during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, which airs Wednesday (November 3).

When Ellen asked the 16-year-old pop superstar about dating, Justin coyly alluded to going on a date with Selena Gomez!

Justin said that he and BFF Jaden Smith went to a football game with Jaden’s dad Will, and Selena just happened to run into her there.

Justin likes to act like a normal teenager, saying “I like to hang out with girls and date and stuff like every other 16 year-old.”

Ellen asked Justin what his feelings on bullying were and he had a message for his fans on the subject.

“There are so many bullies. It goes on so much,” he said. “I think that you should… especially if you are a bystander, you definitely should help out because it could be you next. Everybody goes through bullying. Everybody has it even me.”

A Very Feathery ‘Breaking Dawn’: First Movie Still Arrives!

In case you somehow missed the latest Twilight news over the busy Thanksgiving holiday, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered! Summit has posted the first official photo from Breaking Dawn, and while it’s very simple, it’s very steamy!

With a caption from director Bill Condon on Facebook that reads, “Happy Thanksgiving and a crazy Black Friday to all of you and yours” the photo is just of a hand — probably Kristen Stewart as Bella — holding a fistful of feathers.

Faithful Twi-hards know exactly what scene that is referencing, and we’re sure they’ve all been thrown into quite  a tizzy by photographic evidence of that bit being filmed!

Justin Bieber's 'Latin Girl' Leaks

Justin Bieber only released one new track, "Pray," on his just-released My Worlds Acoustic, but it seems that he is working on some more music. A track called "Latin Girl" leaked online late Monday with no information about where it came from or when it was recorded.
On the track, Bieber pines for a girl, singing, "I was on the beach, yeah/ I was on vacation/ I was doing nothing/ I was just sittin' patient/ Then you walked by/ You caught my eye/ I said, 'Who's this girl? She's lookin' superfly'/ Hey, miss beautiful, I've never seen you before/ And I would like to be the one to show you I am cool and all/ Hey, little momma, what you got on ya/ Looking so good that I just want to telephone her."
Later on, with a club-ready beat pumping on the Latin-flavored track, he sings, "She's my Latin girl/ Ooh, pretty lady, don't you think it's crazy/ She's my Latin girl/ Oh she tries to fight, but she knows she likes it."
There are two rumored inspirations for the song, both of whom have been romantically linked to the singer: Jasmine Villegas and Selena Gomez.
No further information about where the track will eventually end up was available, and a rep for the singer had not responded to MTV News' request for comment by press time.
Bieber has admitted that he is working on new music for an album to be released sometime in 2011. "[It'll] probably [come out] fourth quarter next year," he revealed to MTV News in September. "Drake is gonna be on that album; I'm not sure [who else]. I'm gonna ask him if he can get [Lil] Wayne on there."

Zac Efron & Vanessa Hudgens Spotted Kissing In Waikiki

Taking a break from filming, Vanessa Hudgens was spotted snuggling up to her boyfriend, Zac Efron, in Waikiki, Hawaii on Sunday (November 28).

The “High School Musical” hotties looked to be in a romantic mood as they shared several hugs and kisses while waiting for valet to pull up with their car.

Flying in for Thanksgiving, Mr Efron joined Miss Hudgens for the holiday as she got a break from filming “Journey 2: The Mysterious Island.”

In the flick, Hudgens portrays a Pacific Islander who gets swept into an island adventure and ends up falling for the lead character played by Josh Hutcherson.

Justin Bieber Talks About Going to College

Justin Bieber insists that education is important and he won't give it up although he has already had successful career in music. During a news conference to promote "My Worlds - The Collection" in Madrid, he talked about finishing high school and attending college.

"I always travel with a private tutor who I have five three-hour sessions a week with," he said. "I want to finish high school and also university and then evolve wherever my music takes me. I also want to stick my head in the movie world although I am going to focus on my music for now."

"The Collection" CD he is promoting features unplugged songs from "My Worlds Acoustic" with the addition of his first two albums "My World" and "My World 2.0". Making its way out on November 30, the package is offered for fans living outside Canada and the United States since the acoustic set is not available outside those territories.

Selena Gomez is not afraid to get in touch with her roots. The 'Year Without Rain' singer decided to rerecord her song in Spanish to make her family proud. Although she says she was nervous about her pronunciation and singing, she managed to record the track in under an hour.

A report has claimed that Miley Cyrus and ex boyfriend Liam Hemsworth have been sexting.

Miley, 18, may have been spotted with another fella – thought to be Avan Jogia – but that hasn’t stopped rumours starting that Miley and Liam still send each other saucy messages.

According to ZackTaylor.ca an insider claims that Miley and Liam have been “sexting” each other a lot recently, and may even start exclusively dating again soon.

Justin Bieber: I Want People to Look Up To Me

Justin Bieber hosted his first signing for his new book “Justin Bieber: First Step 2 Forever: My Story,” at Barnes and Noble on Halloween day (October 31) in Los Angeles.

The 16-year-old musician caught up with Access Hollywood on what he hopes to achieve with the book. He shared, “The reason I decided to write this book at such a young age is because there is so much stuff on the Internet that is misconstrued and a lot of people have [written] stuff about me and it’s just not right.”

Justin continued, “I wanted something [with] my own words… to describe what I’m going through and describe how I got here. I want people to look up to me, I want people to say, ‘You know, I look up to you.’ The humor in it, [it’s] just funny, it’s fun. There [are] so many surprises in here that you’re just going to be like, ‘What?’ and a lot of things people don’t know about me.”
