JOE JONAS TEAMS UP WITH SPECIAL OLYMPICS: YOU CAN TOO!

In keeping with his mutual passions for running and philanthropy, Joe Jonas and the Special Olympics are continuing a unique family event to raise awareness and support for people with intellectual disabilities.

This year, Joe will lead runs in select cities around the world, in conjunction with the Jonas Brothers tour. Young people, parents, families and Jonas Brothers fans are all invited to register and participate in the fundraising challenge to win the top prizes being awarded by Joe Jonas at the event. All proceeds from this event will benefit the Special Olympics.

“Running for Special Olympics is not about winners or losers, it’s about crossing the finish line to make a difference. I hope everyone will come out and join me at my iWin fun runs and in creating acceptance and inclusion for people with intellectual disabilities through sports,” Joe said.

Be sure to check out the Special Olympics web site to see what you might be able to win! Some of the prizes include a Joe Jonas iWin Fun Run t-shirt, top fundraisers receive a meet and greet with Joe Jonas before the race, and much more.

The runs will be held on September 6, in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and September 18, in Mountain View, California.
