The former couple was spotted in LA having dinner at Phillippe Chow on February 2.
They were there with Nick Jonas and friends to celebrate the release of Nick's solo album with his band the Administration.
After the couple, Nick and Selena exited together and readily posed with fans and signed autographs.
Earlier this month, Gomez reportedly visited Nick while he was on tour in Chicago and Detroit, sparking rumors that the two had reconnected.
Selena and Nick reportedly dated each other in 2008.
Both Selena and Nick refuse to discuss rumors that they have rekindled their relationship.
On January 28, Selena appeared on the Seacrest's KISS FM morning show where he asked her if she dating Nick again.
She admonished him for putting her on the spot. "You don't like me," she mocked before demurring with a "I don't have to answer the question."
Nick Jonas earlier told MTV that he was flattered by the rumors.
